• Reorganized sections and implemented new procedures to eliminate vulnerabilities, deliver effective and timely customer service, accurate stock control, prioritization of job orders and assignments, and streamlined job completion

Directly involved in the operations, maintenance, and logistics in support of an Air Defense Artillery Battalion in Ft. Bliss, TX. and Qatar, managed 4 sections comprised of 66 team members, mentoring others, and managed all generation equipment operations, and maintenance.

• Built a maintenance organization within 30 business days with compliance to OSHA, and physical security regulations
