Currently, I manage all on-premise service teams, including delivery, line cleaning, and special events.
I work closely with the sales department to assist in communication and follow-through.
I manage two supervisors who oversee these duties. We are consistently updating the routing of these areas in order to be more efficient.
I use Samsara and Geotab to monitor the safety and efficiency of our service employees.
I help train and advise employees from the on-premise department with draught problems and overall knowledge.
I work closely with the inventory team to project and order the correct amount of product for all of our major events.
I have sales responsibility for these major events. I have long-term customers that took a lot of time to develop and maintain.
I order all of our equipment and supplies for these duties. I also order all of our draught supplies and equipment. I order all of our line-cleaning solution and supplies.
I accompany ASMs on sales visits regularly.

I started my management career around this time. .
Then I moved on to Sigel's Chain, along with RaceTrac, Exxon, and 7-Eleven.
Then I was moved into the Industrial Blvd area where we sold a million cases a year. I was able to break through longstanding barriers and gained 50% of premium window space in the majority of our accounts.
I am most proud of the young people I have had under my supervision, who have advanced throughout the company. I think that is the greatest accomplishment I have.
