  • As a lead individual for all Siemens Industry, Johnson Controls and Environmental Systems Corp. projects I coordinate all work with General Contractors, Owners and Tenants of buildings.
  • Responsibilities include ordering material, safety procedures, daily reports, RFIs and change orders.
  • Troubleshooting situations so as not to impact contracts. Acting as a liaison between General Contractors, Engineers and all others to ensure job continuity.
  • As foreman on most projects, responsibilities also include supervising up to seven people as well as training apprentices.
  • Installation of Building Management Systems including wiring of air handler units, RTU units, VAV boxes, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers, CUH heaters, split system AC units, and lighting controllers.
  • Along with planning and piping to devices, my responsibilities include building controls cabinets, terminating VFDs and starters for supply and return fans and pumps for heating and cooling systems. Also, working on valves and bypass valves, heat wheels, UV lighting in units, exhaust fans, air flow stations, pressure monitoring and terminating controllers and safety circuits for shutdown.
