- I'm currently overseeing 30 stores between the High Desert and Inland Empire area.
- I complete quarterly maintenance visits at my assigned restaurants which include quarterly maintenance on ice machines, roof tops, and AC units. This helps to keep the restaurant running efficiently and cut down on costly repairs.
- I replace outlets and plugs
- I work on steam tables, tortilla press's, salsa coolers, beverage coolers, rice cookers, grill coolers, grills, fryers, and carving stations.
- I complete the welding for grill tables, prep tables, 4 compartment sinks and, patio gates when needed.
- I troubleshoot over the phone with MOD's regarding equipment issues like grill not turning on, gas not flowing to equipment, outlets not working, faucets not coming on and, when the ice machine is not making ice. I schedule and conduct ownership classes for the restaurant's with our field leaders, team directors, executive directors, stores management team, and team members.
- I am one a trainers for the newly hired Facility Specialist's in our area and I travel to other states to help train the Facility Specialist's outside of our area.
- I conduct new restaurant punch and set up a 30 day and 90 walk through.
- I team up with our vendors for projects and complete follow ups on the our open work orders and invoices.

- Relmex - Chino Ca Assisted the welder with welding the framework Cut Ibem to fit it's stretcher, grind of ruff edges Built containers such as heater boxes and cure ovens.
- Verified part numbers and placed parts in appropriate shipping containers.
