  • Review SOW, Drawings, and Design files, Specifications etc
  • With customer service on quoting, lead times and manufacturability
  • Conduct engineering meetings with manufacturing, process and quality on the requirements and if the PCB can be manufactured as specified
  • Interact with customer and sales team on suggested design, drawing or specification changes for manufacturability
  • Research new manufacturing techniques, testing, materials, etc
  • Application Engineering – Collaborate with customers design groups on PCB concepts
  • Closely monitor the design process assuring specifications, impedance calculations, stack up and manufacturability can be met at time of manufacture
  • Procurement and Major Acquisitions – responsible for purchasing direct materials for the print circuit boards
  • Closely monitor pricing metrics, lead times and consignments agreements to reduce the total cost
  • Research equipment, present proposal to the team, quote, negotiate pricing and purchase
  • Also, serve as a Project Manager for Installation, Training and Final sign off
  • Technical Liaison- Work with equipment manufacturers engineers, technicians and Colonial maintenance team to find solutions for repairs on our more advanced equipment
  • Facility’s maintenance – Supervise and Schedule contractors as needed
  • Work with various manufacturing groups to minimize manufacturing down time
  • Turtles care taker and nurse – we have two common slider turtles in a small pond in our atrium (1 is approximately 60+ years and the other is 24+)
