Design and start up of $10,000,000 Pampers Baby Wipes production lines for Dover Wipes Plant. Converting equipment sourced from PCMC, Green Bay and case packers from BluePrint, Richmond Va.

Sourced $2,000,000 equipment modifications for baby wipes substrate change. Eight slat roll spreaders from Erhardt+Leimer, Germany were installed at Dover Wipes Plant.

Identified, sourced, and installed an inline baby wipes stack inverter at Euskirchen Plant in Germany. Found inverter through patent search. Frost Engineering, Cincinnati was chosen equipment vendor.

Led numerous design modifications to converting and packaging equipment. Led design and fabrication teams at First Tool, Dayton.

Packaging experience from 1972 to 2000 was with Procter and Gamble Pampers diapers, Bounce fabric softener, Charmin toilet tissue, Downy liquid, and Dawn liquid. Led design and start up for these brands at eight manufacturing sites.
