ROGERS GWAMAKA PETER

I have a deep fascination with biological specimens, and my experience and skills make me a strong fit for this position. I have expertise in tissue fixation and clearing techniques, as well as experience in thin sectioning using microtomes and cryostats, fluorescent in situ hybridization, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and tissue staining techniques. I am knowledgeable in light and confocal microscopy, and proficient in using Fiji and Photoshop for image analysis. I am also highly organized, with a strong track record of data tracking and organization using lab notebooks and spreadsheets. Above all, I am passionate about supporting PhD-level scientists and communicating findings through presentations and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
