Work History

Summer Intern

FESTO
06.2021 - 07.2021
  • I had learnt about Industrial Pneumatic Control Systems and PLC Programming with CODESYS software
  • Performed project on constructing Distribution Station and Sorting Station using CIROS.

Summer Intern

Shanti Switchgears Pvt.Ltd
05.2020 - 06.2020
  • This internship provided an excellent learning opportunity in the field of CNC machines and their various aspects, beginning with their casting in the casting industry, machining of those casted components for surface finishing, assembly of all the components, and quality testing using various techniques.

Accomplishments

  • PROJECTS
  • Graphene coating on silver alloys by using CVD technique For tarnish resistance (JAN 2020-MAY 2020)
  • Developed a process to coat Graphene in pure silver via CVD technique The flow rate of gas increase the uniform thickness of the graphene coating on the silver - in the present study our coating thickness ranges from 0.5sccm to 10 sccm flow rates Increasing the coating thickness increase the tarnish resistance in silver Colour test using CIE lab spectrophotometer of graphene coated Ag shows an increases in the luster but above 6sccm the colour turns to light brown to yellow. The uniformity of graphene coating in Ag is evaluated using XRD and micro-Raman spectroscopy. The optimum flow rate is 3SCCM where the coating exhibited better tarnish resistance and the colour and luster is comparable with that of pure silver.

  • Computational Fluid Dynamics-course project ( Jan. 2021-Apr. 2021)
  • CFD Analysis of a formula-1 car model using ANSYS 2020R2 (Fluent). The flow was considered to be a steady-state incompressible fluid flow along with a K-Omega-SST turbulence model. The car is considered to be travelling at a speed of mph (70m/s)

  • Design and performance analysis of Sonic Jet Injection into a Supersonic turbulent crossflow through a 2D compression ramp (Aug. 2021-Dec. 2021)
  • Numerical study of a shock-wave boundary-layer interaction - compression ramp flow-fields Shock-wave boundary-layer interaction (SBLI) causes serious aerodynamic and structural problems, therefore understanding its complex flow phenomenon is essential.

Flow properties at the interaction region were numerically predicted via solving steady, compressible, 2D Navier-Stokes Equations with a second order upwind flow discretization.

Certification

• Introduction to CAD, CAM, and Practical CNC Machining in Coursera JUL 2020
