As part of EMOST Org, I worked on projects like:

• Onboarding internal LOBs to Schwab Authentication Platform
• Building new API Endpoints for External Advisors to create and maintain credentials for their clients
• Built new APIs to migrate Bulk credentials from one DB to another
• Migrate LOBs and Features from Legacy Application to new application
• Worked with 2-3 feature teams to build multiple new features for providing better experience to clients using schwab platform

Below were my responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing multiple scrum teams with a focus on guiding them towards improving the way they work
• Follow SAFe Agile principles and continue to deliver features as well as application maintenance
• Worked closely and listened to team members' feedback to identify issues and resolve conflicts.
• Monitored and tracked project progress to support timely completion.
• Coordinate and work with Release and Component teams in order to get our changes in release train and deployed to production smoothly
• Create and maintain Dashboards and Metrics to show the progress made by the team
• Keep the team on track and prepared for upcoming quarterly PI Planning meetings

As a Scrum Master i worked on below projects:

• Built an in-house developed ticketing application
• ARIC End of Life for Rackspace Hosting - migrate all the processes (6000+) from ARIC 2.0 to ARIC 3.0
• Application Lifecycle Development and Maintenance - maintenance of 40 legacy applications with some enhancements
• PEG Rapid Response Projects for Rackspace Hosting - Process Automation for internal and external clients

Below were my responsibilities:

• Managed multiple scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
• Handled both, Onsite & Offshore team
• Responsible for change management and release management process. Making sure to coordinate with various co-working teams and planning/prioritizing the releases
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, retrospective and sprint demos

• Enterprise Virtual Assistance for USAA - Mobile Apps
• Implementing Intelligent Call Routing Model for USAA Contact Centers

Below were my responsibilities:

• Performed the role of Agile coach along with the Scrum Master
• Planned and conducted the Big Room Planning session with the business to plan for the next 2 quarters
• Mapped each Scope/Epic to project release timeline and making sure of timely delivery of the same
• Initiated the project in Rational Team Concert, an Agile Management Tool
• Sync Up with other Scrum Masters in Scrum of Scrums and making sure all the teams are collaboratively working to achieve project goals
• Assists the Track Product Owner to drive the demo after each iteration for the requirements implemented in the respective iteration
• Base lining of all the business artifacts and requirements implemented in each iteration and release accordingly

Below were my responsibilities:

• Interacted with internal customers to understand business needs and translate into requirements and project scope
• Collaborated with stakeholders to define project objectives and criteria
• Captured all the Technical and Non-Functional requirements for all the above modifications that were done in the present applications and systems
• Monitored all the Defects that were logged by the Testing or UAT team in Quality Center
• Assisted Testing team in Regression Testing of various HESI applications in different environments
• Provided support to offshore team in fixing and closing the logged defects
• Prepared and managed a Parameter Sheet with all the valid performance and availability parameters in order to compare the performance of post release system with prerelease system

Below is the project I worked on:

• Integrate the investment application of BT Financial Group with banking applications of Westpac Bank

Below were my responsibilities:

• Involved in requirement elicitation using document analysis, business process descriptions, wireframes, use cases and scenarios
• Interacted with business users to understand business requirements
• Decomposed high level business and user requirements to functional requirements to bring out field level details. Prepared detailed use cases grouped under various processes
• Eliciting requirements through discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on various modules and proposed solutions to enhance functioning and effectiveness of the product.
• Training and knowledge transfer of all domain/functional aspects of the product with the aid of presentations and documentations

As a Trade Manager, I took care of below responsibilities:

• Managed a team of 10 people to take care of all day to day transactions of SME (Small and Medium Size Enterprise) clients of North India
• Managed Forex transactions like Export documents, Import documents, Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantee, Remittances, Foreign Currency Chqs / DD’s etc
• Checking of SWIFT messages for all the transactions
• Dealing with Treasury Dept
• Booking rates and forward contracts
• Providing advisory services to client on hedging the risk of Foreign Currency fluctuation through derivatives instruments like Forward Contracts and Options
• Daily clearing and cash transactions like chq deposits, cash deposits, DD issuance, RTGS / NEFT transfers etc.

As a Mgt Trainee, i was responsible for below:

• Scrutinize all the docs like export docs, import docs, remittance request, letter of credit etc
• Used to do FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) checking of all the transactions
• Generating SWIFT messages for all the Fx transactions
• Checking of Nostro accounts for various currencies to confirm the credits received in foreign currency
• Generating and filing of R Return (Foreign Currency Report) to Reserve Bank of India
• Coordinating with Treasury Dept
• (Dealing Room) for Fx rates to process the Fx transactions
