3. Enterprise Mobility - replacing legacy store handheld devices with new devices by building a cross-platform app built using Xamarin tech. stack. Pharmacy transformation - Design thinking led transformation helping the customer to realize the essential need of fixing the communication mechanism and then building a fast time-to-market app using PWA tech. stack to completely change the customer interaction process and thereby increasing the NPS. 5. AMS operating model transformation - ITIL principle oriented transformation bringing in reliability engineering practices into the organization.
