Projects

Laser-Based Pipeline Non-Destructive Testing Device (09/2024 - Current)

  • Addressing the challenge of detecting microcracks as small as 0.5 µm in natural gas pipelines using a laser device that performs spatial Fourier analysis. Designing and building a breadboard prototype that uses lasers, lenses and mirrors to detect small cracks in pipes.

Auto Ranging Capacitance Meter (10/2024 - 01/2025)

  • Created a digitally-controlled auto-ranging capacitance meter that was operated from a power supply. The goal involved designing and demonstrating the circuitry on a printed circuit board (PCB).
