• Worked on Risk Reporting Business object to capture the risk on contract in the downstream process
• Enhanced the standard transaction MATREX- Material Stock Treasury Exposure with the risk business object.

• Implemented Mark to Market and Stock Exposure reports for the Agriculture contract management on top of commodities contract management.
• Implemented Beginning Position and Profit and Loss reports.
• Implemented support notes from ACM 3.0 to 4.0.
• Conducted ACM process training for 30+ members.

Project – SAP tPoint Integration - Onsite

• Integrated SAP Customer Service solution to tPoint to capture live visibility of customer activity.
• This solution brings capabilities of 'in-conversation' and 'post-conversation' activities, hence shaping customer journey.
• Participated in workshops to gather requirements.
• Created 7 RFC interfaces which connected tPoint CRM through SAP PI middleware
