• Daily calls with partners at the opportunity or account level to review renewal plans for the assigned accounts.
• Maintained accurate records of all renewal operations, customer interactions, and contract details in the CRM system. (SFDC)
• Closely worked with multiple teams Order booking, Data management, Fulfillment to ensure seamless renewals and accurate forecasting.

• Worked on the Global Order management and renewal quote management team using Oracle 11i and R12 database, Salesforce.com, Oracle CX & CPQ tools.
