• Mold Lay: Worked in a team to lay up fiberglass from root to tip in accordance with engineer procedures
• Root build-up: worked as a team of four to construct the wind blade's root structure.
• Infusion specialist: Install the fish net, release film, and peel ply, as well as the vacuum bag and vacuum hose so that the resin can flow through the mold.
• Mold babysit: watch the mold for irregular resin flows, curing and air avoid/resin void
• Mold Close: De-bag mold after the infusion cures and remove all consumables and sweep the blade.
