1. Served as the Commanders subject matter expert for all matters related to food safety and defense.
2. Conducted commercial sanitation audits and manage area food safety, defense, and quality assurance programs and Maintained the worldwide Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement by ensuring timely execution of sanitation audits.
3. Trained and developed food inspection and commercial sanitation skills for both Soldiers and Officers.
4. Managed all food protection missions in Area of Responsibility, performed installation food vulnerability assessments (IFVAs) and food and water risk assessments (FWRAs).
5. Maintained oversight on installation food protection for food facilities and naval ships

I am currently stationed in Kansas State University where I will complete a bachelor􀂶s degree in Food Science
in July 2021. I was assigned to PHA Hawaii and ASG Kuwait. I have always made sure to sustain best
practices that improved audit quality across my areas of responsibility. During both assignments, I have been
involved in a wide range of additional duties.
