As an Event Organizer for BrickUniverse Lego Fan Expo, I am responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale event dedicated to Lego enthusiasts of all ages.

My role involves collaborating with various exhibitors and vendors to create an engaging and memorable experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Coordination: Developed and managed event timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring all aspects of the EXPO are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors, negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery to meet event standards.

Marketing and Promotion: Assisted in the creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns, utilizing social media, email newsletters, and community outreach to maximize attendance.

Attendee Engagement: Designed interactive activities, workshops, and presentations that catered to diverse audiences, enhancing participant engagement and satisfaction.

On-Site Management: Oversaw the setup and breakdown of the event, coordinating with staff and volunteers to ensure all operations ran according to plan.

Feedback and Reporting: Collected and analyzed attendee feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement for future events.

During the fall of 2020, I founded a stock trading firm, which provided me with valuable insights into market dynamics. While I still engage with the markets, my primary focus has shifted to BrickUniverse. Establishing this LLC has deepened my understanding of the overall market structure, which has greatly enhanced my skills as an Event Organizer.

In the fall of 2014, BrickUniverse LEGO Fan Expo was established by my family, and I began my journey in an entry-level position. I worked my way up over the years, which was crucial for me to learn the ins and outs of the event business and develop the skills necessary for success in this industry.

During the summers from 2010 to 2013, I worked as a golf caddy at the Cascades Golf Course at The Omni Homestead Resort. The course is consistently ranked as one of the top courses in the United States. While being a caddy, I learned the value of hard work and effective communication. This experience not only taught me the importance of clear interactions but also instilled a strong work ethic. Additionally, during this time, I participated in several golf tournaments, fueling my ambition to pursue a professional career in the sport.
