Rolan Nie

Hello, I'm Rolan Nie, and I wanted to tell you how confident I feel about fitting in at your restaurant as a server. I am very comfortable working as a server, and I've been very lucky with what I've learned from my five years of working in the industry. I am very hardworking, professional, and very serious about getting the job done. I'm very social when it comes to talking to guests, and I become very enthusiastic when it comes to restaurants because I want to be the best version of myself and I can see that there is always more to improve on. My old job was at a Thai/Sushi restaurant that got busy for most of the year, so I have a lot of experience in fast-paced, demanding environments, and with Asian fusion foods. I moved here to the beach a few days ago, in search of a passion to chase. I'm coming from High Point, NC and I've had experience working the busiest peak seasons during our biannual furniture market down there. I have worked there since I was 17 and fresh out of high school. We always had events going on in town, so there would always be new people coming. I do feel very proud that a big portion of our customers were regulars, and that we knew each other by name and some I got to know outside of work. Thank you for considering me.

I'm a very active person and I like to swim, run and play sports. I also cook for myself for fun so I can get better at it.
