I've been in the educational field for three years and I'm thankful for all the challenges that came my way. In the classroom I am very compassionate, creative and an effective teacher with valuable experience. To be a great educator I believe in perfecting the craft as in attending professional developments, project planning meetings and most importantly making sure students comprehend the material before transitioning to the next advanced lesson. Once you learn the skills then you can utilize it within the classroom and be successful. I love seeing students grow academically and giving 1% daily. My passion as a teacher is helping individuals improve daily on their skills and being the best they can be.
