  • Current management of the largest book of business in the company(Highest MRR/ARR) with 145 dealership rooftops in Florida at CarNow.
  • Handle churn reduction and prevention, meetings with GMs, Dealer Principles, CMOs, consultants, and Operating Partners to review monetary ROI of Saas products (chat and Digital Retailing tools).
  • Work alongside the Strategic Account teams fostering key relationships with national automotive groups such as AMSI, Berkshire Hathaway, Lithia, Greenway, and Holman.
  • Experienced in tying together the technical aspects of SaaS dealership tools to the real-world applications and how they impact the operation of a dealership on a day to day basis.
  • With my experience in the automotive industry it is natural for me to have discussions with dealers on how to effectively use the tools they pay for and realize the ROI of the platform. This entails adjusting their in-store process to increase sales, and ultimately bridge the gap between user training, application of the tool , and sometimes having hard discussions with decision makers to mitigate churn risk.

  • DriveNow sold, on average, over twenty plus quality pre-owned vehicles every month with great customer satisfaction and exceptional profit margins
