Work History
Spectre robotics design
For several years, I worked on CAD and led the design team for Spectre Robotics
I was responsible for designing key components of the robot, including the claw, parts of the chassis, most of the elevator, all the sliding mechanisms, the motor mounts, the side sponsor panel, and more
Additionally, I ensured to delegate tasks effectively, trained other students on the design team, and mentored them throughout the entire design process for the rest of the robot.
(non explosive) guided missle
I designed a working School safe (non explosive) guided missle, specifically engineered to pursue and disable moving targets solely through high-speed impacts, functioning without the use of sensors or explosives
Despite the absence of explosives, the glider could inflict significant damage to targets purely from impact
This damage potential could be further amplified with the integration of explosives, offering versatile applications for various scenarios
This was a project that I took on alone and created everything entirely from scratch, from preliminary sketches, to CAD, to code, to manifactuing the parts and assembly.
3D printed All-Wheel-Drive Rc Car
I designed and built a fully 3D-printed, all-wheel-drive RC car, which represented a significant upgrade from its predecessor made the previous year in white filament
Every component was meticulously crafted for enhanced performance and durability
The tires, designed with NinjaFlex filament for rubber-like properties, contributed to its impressive top speed of over 30 mph
This project exemplifies innovation in 3D printing technology and engineering advancements in RC car design.
Vex Robotics Variable Speed Transmission
I engineered a Vex Robotics Variable Speed Transmission featuring a functional clutch and capable of operating at three distinct speeds
This innovative assembly was exclusively crafted using Vex Robotics components, showcasing meticulous design and engineering.
Omnidirectional Vex ball collector robot
I engineered a Vex robot equipped with a fully functioning omni swerve drive, enabling omnidirectional movement capabilities
This versatile bot featured a specialized tennis ball intake system, allowing it to autonomously navigate and collect tennis balls
It was designed to operate seamlessly with both autonomous running code and manual controls, showcasing its adaptability and precision in various scenarios.
Crane Vex IQ robot
I engineered a Vex IQ robot constructed entirely from Vex IQ parts
Its primary purpose was to dominate smaller robots with a massive crane and claw mechanism
This design enabled the robot to pick up smaller bots and render them inoperable upon release, demonstrating both strategic functionality and the robust capabilities of Vex IQ technology in competitive robotics.
