Dynamic sales associate with proven success at Pandora, recognized for exceptional customer service and sales expertise. Skilled in relationship building and problem-solving, I consistently exceed performance expectations while enhancing customer experiences. My ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and maintain a flexible schedule has led to strong connections and repeat business.
As a Pandora sales associate I go above and beyond at my job.
My sales are second to our full time sales manager and I only work part time, and I am very skilled in terms of our lab grown diamonds and our credit cards.
In between helping customers get the best experience and making sure they feel happy coming back I will work on filling displays and putting product out on the floor.
I also make sure to keep our areas clean and set them back how I found them for the next customer and associate.
I am constantly coming up with ways we can improve our customers experiences and I share them with management to see if they are something we can implement in our sales.
As a model I know how to come to work and be a professional and look professional. I know to come to work in my nicest clothes and with my hair maintained and my skin and nails taken care of. Essentially I know how to dress and look the part and how to take care of myself.
As an actress I have worked in intense and professional environments, I have great people skills and my memorization is there too.
And that also means I know how to put a smile on my face and deescalate when I’m dealing with someone who is upset.
As a seasonal associate I was hired on to help with the holiday rush, I was happy to get any extra hours I could and i feel I thrived in the fast pace environment despite being so new to the company.
I learned all about the details of the product we were selling and I found my footing quickly when it came to charms, bracelets, and even bopis.
At Victoria’s Secret/PINK “fast paced environment” doesn’t even begin to describe the work they require but I do confidently feel like I thrived in that environment, managers constantly requested I come in for any extra shifts despite how new I was because of how hard I work.
I would constantly make good connections with customers and I found my footing in such a large store fairly quickly, learning all about go-backs, bopis, inventory, and even communicating over walkie-talkies.
I worked as a coach for a junior cheer team for a season and it was an amazing experience for me.
I helped the girls not only build their skills but build their confidence with their skills, their ages ranged from 6-14 and while I understand there aren’t any preteens in the work environment I will say I have worked in an environment of chaos and I’ve been able to handle it with a smile on my face.
This is also a job I worked in a leadership position, I helped with planning and slightly with scheduling, and making sure we have a goal of the day and meeting it.
I also made sure to keep good relationships with the young girls on the team, making sure I was someone they could trust and rely on, I put myself in a big sister role for them so they’d respect and listen to me.
