• Perform inspection functions following the appropriate EEAC QAP's, Product manuals, and Work Instructions: - Receiving Inspection of Customer Material - Receiving inspection of purchased replacement details - Receiving inspection of material sent for sub-contract work - These inspections will consist of both visual and dimensional inspections as necessary
• Ensure all measuring and test equipment used in the above inspections is fully calibrated and in proper working order before use
• Issuing of documents relating to inspection/quality functions as follows: - Receiving reports - Route cards and/or travelers - Revisions to Inspection reports - PBOM reports (spare parts requisitions) - Issuing of CAR and SCARS (Corrective action requests and Supplier corrective action requests) - Not-serviceable tags - Any other documents required
• Train fellow employees on probe and scanning for portable metrology, radiation safety, operation, monitoring, and machine maintenance.
• Raising purchase orders to send material to a vendor for sub-contract work
• Ensuring adherence to EEAC quality standards and procedures
• Any other duties as required by the company Ensure that all work area and all work equipment adhere to HS&E requirements

Audit and maintain Accident reports, data log, managing schedules to abide by the production timeline, monitoring activities, coordinating with production and quality control personnel, assessing employee performance, and thoroughly discussing new systems for all staff.. Performs and supervises crew chief inspections, repair and reclamation, and maintenance support functions.
