JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Fabrication of automotive parts under chases.
2. Metal puncher for company seal.
3. Bending of sheet metal, bumper, fender, and hood.
4. Metal cutting.
5. Change of equipment size needed to fit for every product.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to finished assigned work on schedule.
2. Maintain good quality of production output.
3. Troubleshoot the machine when problem occur and report to supervisor for information.
4. Housekeeping before and after end of the shift.
5. Making progress report for production output.
1. Set up use machine, such as oil grease, tools, and materials needed for the job.
2. Attaching electronic parts and connecting each piece to it's respective location (micro chips).
3. Checking the functions of each product before distribution.
4. Arrangement and dispatching finished product to quality control department for inspection and testing.
5. Inspection of used machine, oil grease before and after shift.
6. Report to work supervisor about the work progress, input and output of finished product.
7. Maintain cleanliness on working area.
1. Make sure that the mechanical conditions of the machines are up to standard.
2. Suitable current and voltage.
3. Enough air pressure.
4. Water connections (if existing).
5. Hygiene sterilization - grace oil.
6. Operating properly and safe.
7. In the end of any shift the operator should ensure that all clean and protective maintenance procedures are carried out.
8. Must immediately report any observations in the machine to shift officer or production manager directly.
