Working closely with governing board and appointing officer, along with administrative staff, has proven to insure positive work relationships and has built stronger bonds of trust necessary for current and future work related projects. Position requires overseeing of municipal operations and employees while working closely with personnel of state and federal regulatory and enforcement operations. Evaluation and performance of work force, daily oversight of municipal inventory, managing water and wastewater operations, transportation, parks and airport and implementing long-term plans and goals for future growth and expansion along with recommendations and solutions for budget revenues to achieve these goals are current duties.
