  • Sacramento T-Mobile project where I contributed in creating and leading the war room. I came in during a time where TMO didn't understand RSSI and utilized my experience from AT&T to implement and create solutions that not only impressed the customer but also generated 2 million dollars in additional revenue. I built trust not only with the customer but with suppliers and created a functioning tiger team. In 2021 T-Mobile Nor Cal, I excelled in new role to deliver the sites clean “One and Done” to Customer. SME in RSSI troubleshooting assisting in educating customer and vendor on best practices and problem-solving difficult site issues. I was a key contributor in separating E// from other competitors in the market, providing TMO a much more preferred experience. Gaining opportunity to take more market share.

  • Responsible for managing CX mangers to ensure projects are completed to standard and closed out efficiently and timely. During delivery phase of the project ensuring managers and vendors adhered to latest standards and best ways of working while ensuring processes policies are being adhered to.
  • Creating and communicating new MOPS or ways of working to improve current process or refine new process to gain efficiencies.
