  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Hire, train, and support the H2O program staff
  • Approve expenses and timecards in required timeframes
  • Conduct regular one on one check-ins with the staff and conduct monthly staff meetings

  • Complete timely documentation of referrals, case notes, assessments, and various reports in required timeframes to ensure proper billing.

  • Navigate and utilize multiple platforms and systems for various documentation to include HMIS, Community Cares, Unite Us, and any other database required for the H2O initiative.
