Client: Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA)

Project: Info-Net re-write

• Making modifications and enhancements to the Info-Net system for the ICJIA. Info-Net is a central database for authorized law enforcement agencies to document various types of violent crime across the state. The system is a web application interface for Law Enforcement Agencies and other stakeholders to submit information and track data statewide

Responsibilities

• Rewrite ASP.NET 2.0 application using .Net MVC 5 with Entity Framework with Code and Database first techniques
• Building a new website based on existing SQL Database to allow agencies from around the State to extract data reports from grantees as individual programs or aggregated to yield statewide or regional data
• Updated old code bases to modern development standards, improving functionality.
• Developing wireframe mockups and new pages.
• Formatted tables using MS SQL Server
