Accomplishments

  • During an investigation I conducted for 10851 CVC, the victim and a resident of Calimesa, had called the Sheriff's Department and stated I was very professional during the contact with her and told the department to "keep sending them out like Deputy Asendorf." - Acknowledgment from Assistant Sheriff Sharp and Capt. Salas.

  • On my last employee evaluation, I earned the ranking of "above standards," for my Diligence/Initiative. I responded to Casino Morongo for a report of a 487 PC, of a cellphone. During my investigation, I discovered from the surveillance cameras, the suspect had left the property of the casino in a black Kia Sorento (CA #5MMT870). The vehicle came back to a Volkswagen out of Northridge and should not have been on a Kia. I contacted the registered owner of the vehicle, and discovered both license plates were still on the Volkswagen and the Kia was "cold plated". I utilized the Flock Camera System and requested for Law Enforcement to stop and conduct a field interview. The Temecula Station deputies observed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The deputies noticed the rear license plate had a plastic film over it, which gave the appearance that the last three digits of the plate was 870, when in fact it was 370. The suspect was taken into custody and booked without incident. I responded to the jail and interviewed the suspect under Miranda. MG-221320005.

  • I responded to Casino Morongo, for a report of a wanted fugitive from the FBI and Clark County for fraud. The suspect, Williamson Penn Little, was responsible for multiple fraudulent activities at several casinos throughout the United States. These casino's suffered losses totaling $398,602.44. Not only did I apprehend Little, but also investigated and filed a fraud case against him, which occurred at Casino Morongo. Additionally, I served a search warrant in La Quinta for evidence of the crime. - MG-210920004

  • I was contacted by Cabazon's Sheriff's Station Investigative Bureau Sgt. Hernandez, to investigate a report of a past vehicle burglary incident, which took place at Casino Morongo. During the course of my investigation, I was able to track down the suspect at his residence in the unincorporated area of Cherry Valley. I responded to the residence and spoke to the suspect, Micheal Wilson. Under Miranda, I was able to obtain a full confession from Wilson and filed criminal charges against him. - MG-230190001.

  • On August 4. 2023, I was dispatched to the Panda Express Parking lot, located at 49204 Seminole Drive, in the unincorporated area of Cabazon, regarding a report of a theft from a vehicle. During the course of my investigation, I was able to track down the suspects in the city of San Jacinto with the assistance of the San Jacinto Station. I took the suspect into custody and wrote a search warrant for the vehicle to recover the stolen property. - MG-232160005
