I WAS IN CHARGE OF RUNNING THE LINE MAKING SURE ALL PROTEINS HOT & COLD WERE TO TEMP. ALL READY FOR SERVICE THE WHOLE SHIFT.I MADE SURE EVERYTHING COOKED & PREPPED FOR THE NEXT DAY, @ THE END OF MY SHIFT EVERYTHNG WAS RESTOCKED FOR THE NEXT SHIFT.HALF WAY INTO THE SHIFT I WOULD WORKED ALONE & CLOSE.
