Supervised numerous sub-contractors during inception of project to completion. Streamlined process for rebanding, implemented new guidelines and processes; managed personnel from numerous vendors, maintained compliance with FCC; tracked progress of project, prepared weekly and monthly statistical reports to federal overseers and county managers, coordinated scheduling with federal, municipal, county law enforcement agencies and fire and E.M.S. entities throughout the 13-County, H.G.A.C.
