I used Electronic Technician from Cashman Equipment for all of my diagnosis and SIS 2.0 to look up all of my parts. List of equipment on mine is, 980K loaders, 980M loaders,982M loaders, 988G loaders, 992C loaders, 374 excavator, 140M blade, 775D haul trucks and 775E haul trucks.

Install new plant, tear down old plant and install it at new location. As the plant installer I had to inspect the old plant while we were tearing it down and order new parts as needed. I also was the crane operator running a 65 ton link belt crane. we did everything from water piping, electrical conduit, the air piping before we did the rebar and the concrete.

• As the mine maintenance manager I was in charge of the Plant  maintenance, and had four guys under me to do all of the repairs, fueling, and scheduled preventative  maintenance .On HSI crushers, Cones, Screen Plants and Conveyors. I also was the trucking manager of the trucking department and was in charge of 22 guys for transporting materials from Sloan Nevada to California  .I was the manger of equipment maintenance  department and had 6 guys working under me. Scheduling of services on PC 800, PC1250, Hm400, 785-7 haul trucks,  6015 excavators, 980K loaders, 980M loaders, perform maintenance, order parts, inspect and schedule maintenance.
• this position required me to get purchase orders for all parts and supplies, with weekly meetings to, update on equipment repair.
• I have done tear down and repair on cones, HSI crushers, VSI, and screen plants.
• also I have experience in teardown and set up on portable plants.

• Repair in field and shop on komatsu equipment in an open pit mine. I have repaired crushers and built overland conveyers. I have technical training with WA900 loaders, HD785-7 haul trucks from komatsu training center. I have rebuilt D9 dozers, D6 dozers, and 769 water trucks.I worked in the mill for our sister company CML metals repairing pumps, motors, gear boxes, ball mills, sag mills.
• and iron ore presses.
• I have experience hydraulics, electrical, power trains and engines in a field service setting.
• I also have experience looking up parts on SIS & KEC.

• Field service on manlifts, loaders, graders, scrapers, over the road trucks, and pipe liner D8 dozers.I was the field service mechanic for Wyoming, Utah,North Dacota and Colorado.

• Feild Service Mechanic on pipeline equipment, Excavators, over the road trucks, water trucks, pipe booms, dozers, loaders, and a fleet of dodge trucks.
