My Daily duties was making the product / batch following the formulas given for each different product, applying Gmp's and safety guidelines. Every batch was tested to comply with specifications ( Elasticity, color , chemical resistance,etc.)
Supervised the batching crew that batches globally recognized energy drinks, carbonated drinks, juice drinks, flavored seltzers, etc. Supervised the qualification of the batches produced through analytical testing (Brix, pH, HPLC, Titratable Acidity, etc.). Organoleptic team leader for product tasting. Supervised raw material inventory and shelf-life and receiving of liquid sugar tankers and CO2 tankers. Review of batch formulas and ingredient quality.
Helped to move this startup company to the next level in every single direction that was needed providing excellent ideas, including mentally and physically work. Making decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress, getting new customers and creating new flavors, supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.

My daily duties as a flavor compounder was making sure that every flavor I made was perfect for the application is was needed, (Picking, FIFO, weighing, mixing and packaging materials), as well as cleaning and sanitizing equipment always following food safety , those are the main requirements was needed for every product that was made, I also have experience with.
