I have been a hardworking and dedicated asset to the Olive Garden Restaurant for up to 15 years. In that time I have become a certified trainer, while learning new recipes and adapting to ever-changing rules and procedures. My responsibility as a backup food prep worker was to make sure the restaurant had enough product for lunch and dinner service. This task encompassed the whole menu from soups, sauces and pasta. Integrity, cleanliness, diligence to detail, and a sense of urgency are the qualities that helped me achieve my tasks and duties. I am also comfortable in a diverse team environment, and get along with all types of personalities, which enables me to communicate well with team members to achieve our goals.
