Summary

Quality minded proactive Assembler/Production Manager with 30 plus years of assembly experience in both the commercial and government sectors.

I started as an assembler in the mid 80s with Vertex CCP. Within 6 months I was running a multi-million dollar contract for RCA Aerospace. I ran a crew of five assemblers, one of them became my business partner in 1993. I was tasked with all first article builds, and then training my crew. I was also responsible for the inventory, kitting, and scheduling of the assemblies, which were mostly RF and D38999 assemblies.

In 1993 I started my own custom cable shop, Delta Cable Inc., specializing in build to print custom assemblies. These assemblies included RF, D38999, wire harnesses, and electro mechanical assemblies, just to name a few.

At Al-Tech I was the Warehouse Operations Manager, and the lead assembler. There I built assemblies for companies such as, ATK, Northrop Grumman, Thales, Global SATCOM, KBR, Sentara, and many others.

I am also proficient in the Panduit, Brady, and Sumimark labeling systems.
