Setting up and operating 6 blow mold machines: Ensuring the equipment is running properly and efficiently and making adjustments to the controls,temperature and mandrel.

Inspecting: Visually checking the production for defects and quality issues,and weighting finished product.

Tracking: Accurately recording production and rejects,and notifying their supervisor or team lead.

Maintaining: Performing minor repairs and regrinding extra material.

Supporting: Participating in lean activities and adhering to safety standards.

Blow mold technicians need to pay close attention to detail to ensure the products meet the desired quality standards.
