  • Director for 375 room hotel with 21,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Managed team of 5 Sales Managers that increased catering revenues by $311k in my 14 months as Director. Also acted as the hotel liaison with The Car Park to coordinate parking for events. Position was eliminated due to budget cuts.

  • General Manager for 3rd party vendor servicing Riverfront Park including The Looff Carousel, Ribbon Café, all Concessions and Catering and Summer Concert Series food and beverage. Also includes Dwight Merkel Sports Complex and Manito Park Bench Café. Executed all functions of HR. Position also did all scheduling, ordering and vendor setup. Major focus was to be creative in ways to bring guests to the businesses and have them return with very little advertising. Contract Ended.

From 2010-2013 Acted as Retail Manager and General Manager at Gonzaga as well as the Community Colleges of Spokane. During this time I also spent 10 days in Austin, Texas at the Circuit of the Americas running concessions for 32 outlets. This included ordering, staffing, deposits and event set up.
