As a Chemical Loader Im tasked with working 6/10 or 11s a week with a start time of 5am.

Drive company vehicle to all sites within plant to ensure safety before working.

Operate heavy Machinery such as operating shuttle wagon, moving railcars and switching on railroad.

Load Chlorine, VCM and IFS cars their desired mass while properly monitoring flow meters, monitor levels/trends and communicate with operations to ensure proper efficiency and sufficiency.

Load Caustic Railcars, Trucks,Totes, Weak acid and 26% Caustic to a specific outage once operations receive proper weight from using a mathematical equation. Then watch flow meters for accurate mass flow and total weight once cars/trucks are finished.

Monitor Tank levels and always ask what Tank are we receiving product, and be sure to catch samples.

Abide by all safety procedures and always fill out JSA as accurate as possible.

Work 3am-9am 5days a week, under any weather conditions.

Whenever driver needs help, go out and help said driver until he/she can complete their routes on their own

Multitasked effectively under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.

Alerted supervisors and coworkers of hazards and other issues for quick resolutions.

Removed jams and unblocked conveyor system to maintain flow of goods.

Assembled, sealed, and loaded packages into correct trucks.

Supported efficient loading/unloading processes, coordinating with truck drivers and other warehouse personnel as needed.

Checked products for damage or other issues before packing into boxes.
