On disability for stroke in 2009, and now returning to workforce full-time.
As coach for the Miracle League, I strive to get my players to play at their individual top level. Every player is not the same, due to disabilities and challenges. By the end of each season it as been my goal to get each player to hit a pitched ball and not using a tee. I believe my current rate is 85-90%.
Also, I have received the honor of Coach of the Year twice during my years with the Carolina Miracle League.
