Maintained aircraft records, publications, and drawings in accordance within the company policy, DA PAM 738-751 and TM 1–1500–328–23. Ensured that parts were properly identified, segregated and returned to the supply system.
I did not work this year after being laid off. I took this time to renovate our kitchen and focus on the family after Covid restrictions were lifted. The results was a kitchen that went from 100 square feet to over 300 square feet, tiled floors, new cabinets, walls, ceiling, crownmolding, wiring and plumbing. My wife and I were able to travel to visit family, friends and to see sites without restrictions.
Completed 600 hour inspections on eight HH-60 helicopters, performed work during the final reassembly to include testing systems. Led fellow mechanics supporting HH-60V modifications on two aircraft. Maintained aircraft maintenance records in the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E) in accordance with the Army Maintenance Management System - Aviation (TAMMS-A).
