Completed phase maintenance inspections on UH-60 helicopters during the reassembly process. Complied with Army safety messages Army Aviation Safety Messages (ASAM's), Safety of Flight (SOF's), Aviation Maintenance Action Message (AMAM), Maintenance Information Messages (MIM's). Maintained aircraft records, publications, and drawings in accordance within the company policy, DA PAM 738-751 and TM 1–1500–328–23. Ensured that parts were properly identified, segregated and returned to the supply system.

I did not work this year after being laid off. I took this time to renovate our kitchen and focus on the family after Covid restrictions were lifted. The results was a kitchen that went from 100 square feet to over 300 square feet, tiled floors, new cabinets, walls, ceiling, crownmolding, wiring and plumbing. My wife and I were able to travel to visit family, friends and to see sites without restrictions.

Completed 600 hour inspections on eight HH-60 helicopters, performed work during the final reassembly to include testing systems. Led fellow mechanics supporting HH-60V modifications on two aircraft. Maintained aircraft maintenance records in the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E) in accordance with the Army Maintenance Management System - Aviation (TAMMS-A).

Consistently received positive feedback from supervisors for exceptional work quality, technical expertise, and dedication to maintaining the highest possible safety standards.

• Performed 600-hour inspections on 14 HH-60 helicopters, requested repair parts, performed repairs as required by the OEM manuals to return components to a serviceable condition in a back-shop setting
• Completed powertrain repairs included bearing replacement, disassembly, adjust repair reassemble, perform adjustments, balance and aligned powertrain systems
• Performed repairs on rotary wing hubs and rotor blades
• Performed structural repairs on removed components; such as door seals secured with rivets, and composite repair
• Applied modifications to brake systems, fire extinguishing systems, drive systems, rescue hoist, landing gear, fuel systems, flight controls, and turbine engines
• Maintained aircraft records, publications, and drawings in accordance within the company policy
• Ensured that parts were properly identified and returned to the warehouse for storage, ensured that only the required repair parts were requested to complete timely repairs

• Performed duties as a Field Engineer in an aircraft manufacturing facility focusing on Assembly Line Operations and Production Line Efficiency the production of the MH-60M helicopter
• Ensured employees correctly interpreted detailed drawings and blueprints in accordance with design specifications and enforced company safety standards
• Worked directly with the Engineering Department analyzing the impact of engineering changes to the production line to implement changes to streamline workflow
• Performed Technical Writing tasks for maintenance modification work orders within the company, focusing on eliminating production errors, applying lessons learned with that resulted 35% increased production
• Authored an 840-point checklist to ensure conformance to specifications prior to releasing helicopters to the customer

• Performed modifications on an aircraft production line modifying or replacing hydraulic systems, powertrain components, airframe structures, rotor systems, landing gear systems, power plants and rescue hoist on the MH-60M Blackhawk helicopter

• Supervised 20 UH-60 helicopter mechanics during their daily operations
• Ensured the daily flight schedule, both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ULLS-A logbook induction and upkeep, aircraft phase flow, safety directives, aviation safety action messages, time before overhauls on components and other directives were adhered to on 10 UH-60 helicopters
