Ability to handle customers inquires and complaints with patience and empathy. Have the ability to multitask and manage multiple task simultaneously. Perform under pressure and have excellent verbal and listening skills. Roles require proficiency in specific software like CRM systems. Ability to take notes and help with customer issues at the same time. Being patient with customers is a must when dealing with cases. Being able to handle calm or upset customers and help them settle there issues are a must. Im going on 26yrs and 8 months of Career service with the State of Florida. In my 26 yrs of service, I've worked for DCF,DMS and FSU/NWRDC. Experience working in Operations IT Department. Worked on Mainframes for DCF, DOH,DOR,DFS.DOT,DOE. Florida online system, Batch jobs. CA7 ,Autosys. Experience working on Holidays and weekends.
