    My professional journey includes significant roles in high-profile projects such as the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge, Trump Tower, and the Cosmo Casino In these positions, I was entrusted with the safety and well-being of the crew, ensuring their work was performed safely and on time I collaborated closely with project managers and engineers, contributing to decision-making on manpower, deadlines, and expenses I also actively participated in the hands-on job duties, working in Las Vegas alongside my crew

    Working on the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge in Vegas was the most challenging and rewarding job As a foreman, I met deadlines with limited personnel I worked closely with each crew member, understanding that each personality had to be treated differently I found ways to bring the best out of them as workers I ran a tight-knit crew and had zero incidents

    I also worked closely with Osha reps, ensuring the safety of each crew member
