With 18 years of experience in RMEF working with volunteers and other staff members with fundraising, Looking forward to the challenge of leading and encouraging the staff and volunteers in the region to accomplish and exceed the goals that are set for them. Creating a process to help each staff member to exceed their fundraising goals in streamlining their best events and working together on their underachieving events to bring them up to full potential. Managing the region while working with HQ staff to implement new policies and procedures in a positive way to easy any stress by staff or volunteers in the field to make that transition seamless. These are all thing that can be accomplish if rewarded with the position.
