I been involved in military aviation all of my adult life, from super sonic fighters to helicopters. I am dedicated to the precise repair and or manufacture of aircraft airframe systems. I am reliable and can work through some of the most difficult situations that are presented to me.
I am a dual status Federal employee. On the civilian side I am senior airframes structural mechanic with more than 15 years of depot level repair experience. On the military side I hold the rank of Sergeant First Class in a CH-47F flight company. My role is the acting First Sergeant. I have been in the role as Platoon Sergeant tasked with looking after as many as 40 soldiers, Quality Control Supervisor, Technical Inspector and Additional Duty safety officer while on m . On a daily basis I perform critical close tolerance drilling, reaming, and honing of holes to the many structures of the CH-47F, UH-60M and UH-72. I have extensive knowledge and have demonstrated the ability to interpret and work from blueprints, technical directives, airframe changes, and other written instructions related to the process of repairing the aircraft assigned at AASF#1. Within the airframes shop I am the only certified Depot level Advanced Composites repairer.
