Scope Summary:

In my capacity as Interim Head of Investment Operations, and while concurrently continuing to fulfill my Head of Functions responsibilities, I had the opportunity to develop and implement a culture of personal accountability, inclusion, and results focused outcomes across a geographically diverse workforce - for example: a) Restructured key roles in order to increase stakeholder engagement; b) Championed employee engagement and interaction which led to a 20+ percent positive score increase in corporate metrics; c) Levered and created new offshore coverage capabilities leading to an increase in stakeholder support and decrease in operating costs; and d) Reconfigured scope and engagement approach with key third party partners in full platform outsourcing initiative.
