- Prepped station daily for service (Knife cuts, sauces, par-cooked, garnishes, breading, chopped romaine etc.)
- Maintained a clean station as well as the walk-in.
- Assisted colleagues with station prep if needed/ grabbing groceries or if their station is getting backed up with orders.
- Assisted in banquet prep/service and multitasking service with Pass Tray service/family style buffet etc.
- Assisting in other kitchen departments (Prep kitchen, IRD, Overnight IRD, Country Club, Roof-Top Restaurant, Pastry Service, and Family Meal Cafe)
