
From 09/03/2012 to 08/17/2017 I served as a Uniform Civilian Volunteer through the United States Coast Guard. I worked as a Communications Specials at Coast Station Portsmouth Harbor as a Radio Watch Tower Stander. My duties included the handling of emergency calls both by phone radio, dispatching emergency assets as needed, routine communications with military and civilian units and routine communications with the boating public. I was also a certified instructor cable of signing off requirements for trainees. I am a certified Found of The Department of Home Land Security as I was operational when the department was established. I have multiple award and awards for my service.

It's a wonderful company, but they were not prepared to train a new person. I had three people training me and they all a different way of doing the job and that made it confusing. At the end of my 90 day trial I was not proficient enough for the job.
Responsible for the sales of Doors & Windows and related products to homeowners and contractors. Additional duties included inventory and restocking of product. I also worked with clients to customize products using the Lower's quoting software.

I have thirty-years of experience in the sales and service of insurance products. I am responsible for completing 24 hours of Continuous Education Credits every two years. I have held my license to sell and services insurance in Maine since 1985 and I continue to hold it to this present time.
