Summary

I retired as an aviation branched Colonel from the US Army after a successful 30 year career. I spent 1 year in South Korea, and 9 years in Germany with assignments in Fort Benning, Georgia, Fort Riley and Leavenworth, Kansas, Fort Rucker, Alabama, Fort Monroe, Virginia and Fort Carson, Colorado. Additionally, I served on the Headquarters Department of the Army Staff and the Headquarters US Air Force in the Pentagon and also as the Military Aide to President Ronald Reagan in the White House. Successfully commanded at platoon, company/troop and battalion level. As a Defense Contractor for Booz Allen Hamilton, assigned as a team leader on the team that conducted evaluation of the Future Combat System and the subsequent spin-off technologies to include Unmanned Aerial Systems, advanced ground and attack aviation systems. The team developed new organizational structures to support future combat scenarios and fought the organizations and systems in simulations to support data analysis for US Army.

  • As Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of US Army National Training Center and Fort Irwin, managed budget of $250M and maintained fiscal responsibility with zero losses.
  • As Army Aide to President of United States, Developed and maintained operational plans for protection and continuity of Office of the President. Responsible for security, maintenance and preparation of US Nuclear Codes necessary for Presidential Access and Execution.
