Dynamic Lead Detective III with Riverside County Sheriff's Department, skilled in advanced interrogation techniques and team leadership. Expert in evidence collection and risk assessment, successfully prioritizing complex cases to enhance public safety. Recognized for mentoring junior detectives and delivering compelling testimonies that support case integrity and prosecution efforts. I always maintained a stellar reputation amongst my peers, supervisors, the District Attorney's Office and criminal defense attorney's as well as to the citizen's of the communities I served in.

I retired in August 2017 from the sheriff's department with an outstanding and honorable record of achievement in many different high profile assignments. Currently, I am looking to re-enter the work-field to experience a completely new environment and challenges.

I was active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to becoming a deputy sheriff in 1989. I have been married for 42 years to the same beautiful woman; I have 2 adult sons, one who is a deputy sheriff, I have 3 grandchildren and we are all actively involved in our church
