  • I am responsible for all facets of the restaurant including the execution of full restaurant buyouts including being the largest after-party of the Country Music Awards of 2023. Our buyouts range from 250-1,000 guests at a time and we host on average five per month.
  • We also host banquets ranging from 30-200 guests several times a week.
  • Due to our excellent reputation and location on Broadway, our typical dinner service is 800-1,000 guests on a daily basis which will translate to approximately 15M in revenue for FY24. This sales pace represents an 11% increase over FY23 thus far.
  • As of January 2024, my location has been designated the official training location for all MITs from all locations across the country.
