I worked for approximately a year managing customer service at various food establishments inside the Dollywood amusement park. I also learned recipes and a checklist for proper food handling in kitchens. Currently, I work as a waiter and have the skills to work as a bartender. I have experience managing medium-to-large restaurants, including staff management, inventory control, scheduling, administration, and general problem-solving.
